I can see it now, we'll be sitting around telling our grandchildren..."back in my day, we got candy wrappers with no sponsorships on them for Halloween."
Introducing Nascar-style-marketing for the individually wrapped candy bar...
The trick-or-treat bag marketing is actually a really good one... Let's see how many businesses make a band wagon to jump on when they figure it out.

I remember trick or treating back in the day and receiving a few non-candy, marketing items such as:
-- A booklet with a cartoon that basically said you were a sinner going to hell
-- Bumper sticker and button for a Presidential candidate
They quickly got tossed, and we of course vowed to never return to a house that did not distribute the proper Halloween currency--candy.
