Great episode, as always. I just thought I'd mention the link to the Mac program similar to the Windows-only Babysplat - AlphaBaby (http://www.kldickey.addr.com/alphababy/). It's donationware, but has provided much entertainment for my little one :)

cry it out!

Thanks Megan! I had a wonderful time, and you guys are so polite for not just kicking me off the air for being a moron. Can't wait for more!

Yet another great show. I love to listen while playing with the kiddos or cleaning or (the best yet) while driving (kids are Wiggling it in the backseat!).

Please keep up the great podcasts :)

I discovered the web site for the Mike Wood's kid cutouts.

I saw the babysplat and found a mac variation called Alpha Baby at

Neither is quite what I was after and to disable right clicks and control keys it looks like
Baby Mouse and Baby Boad will do the trick in Windoze
http://www.sharewareconnection.com/babymouse-and-babyboard.htm It's freeware too. Baby Keyboard seems to do similar things http://software.techrepublic.com.com/download.aspx?docid=297696

What would really help is a Linux or KDE tool that does the same. The DebianEdu software keeps keys out of the way but I would love the help when we are browsing and baby is hammering and dribbling in a Barney induced purple dinosaur frenzy.

So glad I was able to get caught up on this blog. I love it! Sorry I have not been blogging lately! I have been taping shows. What was I thinking?? Hah! Maybe it is a good thing I wasn't thinking! If you get a minute, check it out. I'd love to hear what you think. I am inviting all my blog friends over for feedback. http://www.dishingwithdebbie.com Your stories are great and my whole idea behind this show is for other moms to share real stories like you do. Sponsors are donating neat prizes like chocolate baskets and mini-chef aprons and way cool cookery stuff. Anyway, I'd love to hear from you.
